Types of children placed for adoption

The children available for adoption come in single placements, in two’s, three’s and even four’s. We are always pleased to welcome enquiries from families who know what it’s like to have brothers and sisters and have room in their lives for two, three or more!!

Charlotte, aged 3

Charlotte is 3 years old and currently behind in most areas of her development by around 18 months. She has been in the same foster placement since being removed from her birth parents at the age of 2. Charlotte witnessed lots of domestic violence and substance abuse.

Jacob, Charlie and Thomas, aged 6, 4 and 2

Jacob, Charlie and Thomas are 6, 4 and 2 years old and are brother who need to be placed together. They are currently in the same foster placement and have been there since the birth of Thomas. The two eldest brothers experienced very poor parenting and Jacob had to do much of the caring for his younger brother. The brothers birth parents suffered from poor mental health and substance abuse.

Mia, aged 7

Mia is 7 years old and has been in foster care since she was 5 years old. Mia has 3 younger half siblings who are also being place for adoption. Mia's birth Mother lived a chaotic lifestyle and often associated with people known to the authorities. Mia currently attends play therapy and this will continue for the foreseeable future. Mia would also need direct contact with her brother and sisters.
