How can you help us
In donating to our work, you are helping find secure and loving homes for children who wait to be adopted and supporting our unique lifelong post adoption support.
Our work is vitally important to the vulnerable children we help to place and to their families we support. No matter the amount whether you make a one-off donation or kindly offer a monthly gift, your money will go directly to our work with children and families.
Why we need voluntary donations
We believe that adoption support should be available for all our adoptive families, when they need it, for as long as they need it. We vary our support to make sure we meet the needs of the children and their families. At any time our small social work team can be supporting in excess of 40 families.
In order to deliver on our adoption support promise we need to raise over £100,000 per year so we can continue to provide the very best post adoption support that children and families need. This is the focus of our fundraising activities and any money donated goes towards our post adoption support services and the development of our services.
Your support really could make a difference to the life of a child and their adoptive family
30 Moves in May Challenge 2020
This month we have set a 30 Moves challenge. Starting on the 1st of May, each day on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram we will be posting a movement or activity you can do with your children. We hope this gives you ideas to help keep your children entertained and moving during this time and that you have fun. You can print the table below to tick off each day and activity you finish.
If you fee able, you are welcome to do this as a ‘donation’ challenge with your children. Maybe you could give them 50p or £1 for each day they do? At the end of the challenge you could donate the money to St David’s Children Society to support our work. You can donate online using the donate button below.
